We do NOT accept used clothing, household items, or food not in it’s original packaging.

Please check the expiration dates of your donations before dropping them off.

Drop off locations:

  1. Springboro Community Assistance Center
    Location: Next to Springboro Junior High School at Educare
    Drop-off Instructions: A large donation box is conveniently located outside the Educare front door for easy access.

What to expect on your first visit:

  1. We are located between Springboro High School and Springboro Junior High School behind the football field. We are located in the Educare Building on the third floor to the right when you get off the elevator. 
  2. If you arrive before or when we open, you will receive a randomized number. Otherwise, take a number from the post when you arrive.
  3. Take a seat in the designated waiting area.
  4. When it is your turn to shop, a volunteer will call your number.
  5. Come to the check in desk and provide your documentation.
  6. You will only receive food for the amount of people that you can provide documentation for within the home. 
  7. Examples of documentation would be: an electric bill, a water will or a phone bill. 
  8. Documentation not accepted: anything that is not a bill. 
  9. You will then shop with a volunteer who will assist you the rest of the time.
