Springboro Community Assistance Center continues to work to serve families in need during the COVID-19 Crisis.

Beginning this week, SCAC will distribute boxed, perishable and frozen food on Mondays only from 3 to 5 p.m. outside the SCAC facility in the Educare building next to Springboro Junior High School, 1605 Main St.

All residents are required to show proof of residency in the Springboro School District and may only receive one box per week. Records will be kept.

In order to limit contact, residents picking up food are asked to stay in their car and drive to the designated area.

Each box should last one week, Ford said, with some perishables being donated by the school district. Residents with unusual circumstances that prevent them from visiting one of the three sites, should call the SCAC at 937-572-6488.
